How can I order?
You can order our pieces directly from our website (here!).
How long does it take to arrive?
It usually takes 3 business days (Portugal), but if you order something that is not in stock, we'll give you an estimate of 20 business days to send your product.

Please note that we do not produce many clothes at a time due to our slow fashion & sustainability policy.
What if I need the dress earlier than the estimated time of arrival?
We have an express service for clients that need their orders ASAP. The service has an extra cost of 20,00eur.
Acquiring this service means you will receive your order within a week from the date of purchase (this only applies to pieces that are not in stock).

Please e-mail us first if you need this service.
We do not refund this extra 20,00eur if you return your clothes.
Can I get a refund if I don't like what I bought?
Different fabrics require different treatments.
​
If you ordered a satin dress we recommend:
1) Wash it by hand with cold water. Usually, we recommend using a detergent for delicate fabrics. But, if you have a stubborn stain you can use our "go-to magic trick" and rub it with dish soap 🙂
​
2) Hang your dress on a hanger and let it dry. Be careful with direct sunlight;
​
3) Always iron the clothes inside out. The garments we use are extremely delicate, and the heat from the iron may ruin them (please control the temperature).
​
If you're more like a velvet kind of gal, this is what you should do:
1) Wash it by hand with cold water.
​
2) Hang it on your drying rack
​
3) Do not iron! Velvet can't take the heat and you will burn the fabric.
​
If you're into our knitted dresses, here are our recommendations:
1) you can put them in your washing machine if you use a 30ºC program.
​
2) Hang it on your drying rack
​
3) You can iron them but they don't wrinkle easilly.
What are the payment methods?
Revolut, MB Way, bank transfer or through our website.
If you want a receipt with your fiscal number please send us an e-mail before you finish your order.
How do you ship your orders?
We use a portuguese company to ship our products (Batch) and it usually takes 2-3 business days (if you're in Portugal).

Here's our shipping prices:

Portugal (main land): 4,10€ (1-2 business days after we deliver your order to the shipping company)

Portugal (Madeira & Açores): 8€ (3-4 business days after we deliver your order to the shipping company)

Spain: 7,50€ (2-3 business days after we deliver your order to the shipping company)

Rest of Europe: 14,50€ (7 business days after we deliver your order to the shipping company)

Rest of the world: depends on where you live, please email us if you'd like to order something and you don't live in the EU.

Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, you can only find us online.
We are always just a message away on Instagram (@ournameiselisa) or an email (hello@ournameiselisa.com).

We want to remind you that our working hours are from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 10 am to 7 pm.
On weekends and holidays we can be totally absent from social media/emails.
Can I request adjustments after receiving my order?
Yea! Please note that all adjustments are billed and payment must be made prior to service.

What sizes do you make?
We make the following sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, L and XL.
Please refer to our chart below for exact chest, waist and hips measurements for each size.

You can exchange sizes/models and even return your clothes except if you ordered something custom made.
Returns and exchanges must be made within a maximum of 8 business days after receiving your order.

We will not refund you or exchange your order if:
1) your clothes have been worn;
2) your clothes come back dirty or ruined;
3) you return it after those 8 business days.
​
The refund will be made after 15 business days.
