Gift Cards Elisa
We do not return a Gift Card.
In case of using the Gift Card on items with a lower value, we will not refund the remaining amount.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Elisa brand reserves the right to update and amend this policy without prior notice. We recommend checking this page regularly for any updates or changes. In the event of significant alterations, Elisa will notify its customers.
We consider that by registering or purchasing from our online store, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, described in the following points:
Payment:
The prices of the products displayed on Elisa's website include taxes (VAT) at the current legal rate - for invoices with a tax identification number, please notify us BEFORE making the payment.
Prices of products may be changed at any time without prior notice.
If there are price errors on the website, Elisa reserves the right to cancel your order.
The customer may use the following means of payment: Mbway, credit/debit card, bank transfer and even Revolut.

Shipments:
Elisa's turnaround time is 20 working days - all pieces are only made after the customer's purchase. Only after this period is it sent by our shipping company BATCH. Elisa reserves the right to take longer than 20 working days to manufacture at a time of greater influx of orders such as June, July and August.
Shipping time (after production) is 1-2 business days for mainland Portugal and Spain, 3-4 business days for Azores and Madeira and approximately 5-10 business days for rest of Europe (destinations outside Europe check). ​
Delivery costs are included for Portugal. Shipping fee outside Portugal indicated at the time of Check-out.

Returns and Exchanges:
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order, and if it has not yet been shipped, a refund of the total paid will be made.
Product Returns or Exchanges: Returns must be made within a maximum period of 8 business days after the customer receives their order. The customer should inform the brand of their intention to return via email at hello@ournameiselisa.com, indicating the reason for exchange/return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and ensuring that the product is returned with Elisa's original tags and without signs of use; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. In the case of exchanges, Elisa does not guarantee stock availability.
The resolution of the refund process may take up to 15 business days from the date the return arrives at our facilities.
The responsibility for damages to the products, or their loss during the return process, lies solely with the customer.
Elisa Gift Cards:
We do not offer refunds for Gift Cards.
If you use a Gift Card for items of lesser value, we do not refund the remaining amount.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute with Elisa, the customer can resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Consumer Disputes. For more information, please consult the consumer portal at www.consumidor.pt.
